Commercial Photography – Behind the Scenes

commercial photography on set for a tv commercial

If you want to know what it’s like to work in commercial photography, I have some behind-the-scenes photos from a big photoshoot last week to share with you! I worked with Borshoff, an Indianapolis-based advertising agency, on a new TV and web campaign for a utility company. I was taking still photos alongside a video crew.

While lighting and gear were moved between scenes, I was able to get these photos on set so I can show you a bit what my job looks like when I do commercial photography with a video crew.

I’m putting together these photos along with some video clips I took to produce pieces for TikTok and YouTube. So be sure to follow me on those apps to see the videos I create.

I’ll be sure to share the final photos from this photoshoot here on the blog and Instagram when they’re ready. Stay tuned!
